Argentinean-Style Ribs with Homemade Chimichurri

First up, we’ve got some Argentinean-style ribs with homemade chimichurri that will have you licking your fingers and smacking your lips. The juicy, tender ribs are slathered in a savory, tangy chimichurri sauce that’s bursting with flavor.

Argentinean-Style Ribs with Homemade Chimichurri

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 lbs beef ribs
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 1 seeded and chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 seeded and chopped jalapeño

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Season the beef ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the ribs for 5-7 minutes on each side, until well browned.
  4. While the ribs are grilling, mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic, red onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeño in a bowl.
  5. Once the ribs are done, serve with the homemade chimichurri sauce.

Gaucho Steak with Four-Herb Chimichurri

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

  3. Rub the steak with olive oil.

  6. Once the steak is done, serve with the four-herb chimichurri sauce.
