First up, we’ve got some Argentinean-style ribs with homemade chimichurri that will have you licking your fingers and smacking your lips. The juicy, tender ribs are slathered in a savory, tangy chimichurri sauce that’s bursting with flavor.
Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
- 2 lbs beef ribs
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 seeded and chopped red bell pepper
- 1 seeded and chopped jalapeño
